We loved our stay at Beau Breeze Retreat. Spacious living dining area with open kitchen. The bedrooms were lovely and all had closets and built in dressers. Fun game room downstairs with another bathroom and laundry. Very clean and well equipped. Close to many beaches and easy walking to Cooks Brook beach. had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Tara was an excellent host for my trip. She was always available via text and email with quick responses to any questions I had. Only thing needed during the whole trip was a grill brush and she brought it right over that same day. She’s so good! She made my Cape Cod experience with my family feel very comfortable and organized. All instructions regarding our stay, as well as check in/check out process were very direct and easy to follow. We even followed some recommendations in the area using her interactive manual as well! Would absolutely recommend using her as your guide through Cape Cod!

We love staying in Eastham and were thrilled to find Tara's place, as our regular rental was no longer renting. This was just down the road from our usual place so we knew there area well. We were extremely happy with our house from the time we walked in! The house was absolutely spotless. It was comfortable and welcoming. So many little touches were left for us to find as we explored the house. From the so soft bath towels and little spa treatment extras to the coffee and books. The house deck overlooks Minister's Pond and while easy access to Rt. 6, it is private and quiet. The location is perfect. A short drive to Orleans for groceries or a stop at the Chocolate Sparrow for Chocolate Croissants. Easy access to the Rail Trail. Short drives to all the best restaurants and best of all, a 5 minute drive to Coast Guard or Nauset Light beaches. Tara and her staff were extremely responsive to any questions we had and made sure all of our expectations were met. I know we will come back!

When I got in to bed I was so surprised by the linens. First, they smell so good and are obviously SO clean. The sheets, pillows and the amazing comforter are so soft! I don’t usually sleep that well in a full size bed, but once I wrapped myself up in this combination I just didn’t want to get out of bed! If you are trying to decide to get the linens or not, I wouldn’t even think about it. It’s worth every penny. In fact, I purchased some for my home.

This place is perfectly set up for guests. It is a very short walk to a beautiful beach with shallow sandbars and warm water, perfect for kids. The huge yard is private and spacious with a bocce ball court, a great deck, etc. House manual and the app with local recommendations was so organized and helpful. House interior was spotless, comfortable, and cool with the AC on a hot day. The 3 seasons room was fantastic in the evenings. Bike rental shop was nearby and very fun to bike the trails so close to this property. We will be back: Tara knows how to host!!

Our stay at The Breeze was perfect. There isn’t one moment we would have changed. The cottage was adorable and on the most beautiful property. There is access to a beautiful pond that brought forth calm and tranquility. Sitting on the floating dock makes you feel as if you were transported away from all the hustle and bustle of daily life. There is also access to a kayak and electric bikes. Inside the cottage is a whole other experience! Tara is purposeful with every beautiful detail, from the spa like experience from taking a shower, to just hanging out in the absolute calm the house brings. We didn’t want to leave! Anything you need, or have forgotten or your trip, Tara is more than helpful and is extremely responsive! If you wish to have a calm get away, or just a place of comfort to return from a day of exploring the Cape, The Breeze is a wonderful opportunity. The Breeze is created for guests to receive a complete experience. We have already made plans to come back and take a longer holiday here! It’s perfect!

Tara was one of the best hosts I've encountered on Airbnb. Her professionalism and attitude should be a lesson to others who host but she also has a smile a mile wide so it's far from all business! We were lucky with the weather which helped experience the property in all it's glory but even if we hadn't been the house is so comfortable you could happily just kick back indoors. In terms of lodgings Tara and Chip's place was the stand-out highlight of our visit to New England and if we're ever in that part of the world again we'll certainly check to see if it's free. Thanks for everything Tara it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you and staying at your wonderful home.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and loved our stay on the Cape! The house is like new, kitchen well stocked with everything you’d need, beds are super comfy, and the decor throughout is stylish and appealing. The patio fire pit and shuffleboard table in the game room were huge hits with our family. The neighborhood is quiet, just how we like it. We enjoyed walking on Nauset Beach, shopping Chatham’s lovely Main Street, and watching the seals around the fishing boats at the pier. Thanks for a great experience!
